You can get your ticket as an accountable document:
- at a ticket office equipped with an "Express" terminal;
- at a privately-held train ticket retail agency working under a contract with JSC "Passenger Transportation";
- using a transactional self-service terminal.
The ticket is issued to one of the passengers specified in the booking based on the printed e-ticket (electronic travel document) or the e-ticket/order number (14 digits). In order to get your ticket at a ticket office or an agency, you need to present an ID or a power of attorney signed by a notary public.
