To check in for a domestic flight:
- adult citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan need an ID or an international passport;
- minor citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan need a birth certificate (if the child is accompanied by a person other than the child's parents, a travel permit of the parents is required).
To check in for an international flight:
- adult citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan need an ID or an international passport depending on the destination country;
- minor citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan need a birth certificate or an international passport depending on the destination country. The child may also be included in the passport of one of the parents and travel accompanied by him/her.
It is advisable that before flight, you contact the consulates of destination and transit countries for visa requirements. The passenger is responsible for the presence, validity and correct details of the travel documents. Please pay due attention to the expiry date of the documents. The passport has to be valid for at least 6 months after the end of the trip. Passengers with expired documents are denied boarding.
