We can find the railway tickets for you if:
- there are currently no free seats on the indicated route;
- the offered seats are unsuitable for you: for instance, you would like to
travel on the lower shelves, but only the upper ones are available.
Don't
waste your time searching! We can hunt for tickets faster and more
efficiently because we will constantly monitor the base
free of charge.
As soon as the desired tickets become available,
we will book them for you for 25 minutes. You need to follow the
link, that we'll send to your email, and pay for the order.
How to order the service?
You
can order the "Find me a ticket" service if there
are less than 20 days left before your departure date.
- Submit a ticket search request on the page for issuing search results according to your parameters.
- Select the suitable trains from the list.
- Specify the number of passengers, desired departure time and date, type of carriage, seat parameters, and the cost of tickets.
- Fill in the passenger details and send us a request.
- When
we find suitable tickets, we will send you an SMS and an email
with a link to pay. If you do not pay for the order within 25 minutes,
it will be automatically canceled.
How to cancel the service?
Anytime
you can cancel the ticket search through the "My account". Just
go to the "Railway Tickets" section and cancel your request.
Tickets.kz is not responsible if the required seats are no longer available when you view our notification.
