How to use the free of charge service "We search a ticket for you"?
- Click on "Ticket search request" button if:
- the system did not find the seats according to the given route;
- you did not find the desired seats among the suggested options (for example, you want lower berth, but there are only upper ones).
- Enter the train number, the carriage type, the number and parameters of seats (no more than 4), the most suitable travel time and price**, as well as the time for which seats shall be monitored.
- Choose the service you want to use when the system finds a ticket:
"Inform via SMS and e-mail notification". When seats become available, you will instantly receive the messages to your phone and e-mail address you entered when choosing this service. Once you receive the message, click on the link in your e-mail, book the tickets and pay for the order within 15 minutes starting from its creation.
Note!
Please make sure that the application contains the correct e-mail address and phone number.
"Book the tickets". When the seats become available, the system will automatically book tickets. You will receive the relevant notifications on your phone and e-mail. To pay for the booking, click on the link in your e-mail within 15 minutes starting from its creation.
Note!
- To create a booking, please fill in the passengers details correctly.
- You may only pay for this order online.
- The booking request will be cancelled after 15 minutes of its creation.
After that, please click on "Send request" button, so as the system starts searching the tickets.
Ticket search application is available in your personal account.
*Tickets.kz is not liable if no more seats are available at the moment when you read the notification.
**You enter the train number, the carriage type, the number of seats, the most suitable travel time and price in case there is more than one ticket that corresponds the specified search criteria and the system has to make a choice.
