How can I get my train ticket?
Upon payment, a document corresponding to the type of ticket chosen by you will be forwarded to your email address.
- Ticket with online registration (traffic document). Be sure to print out a ticket and show it to the conductor together with your ID.
- Order form with 14-digit code for tickets without online registration. It should be printed out and exchanged for a ticket at the transactional terminal or ticket office equipped with terminal of system Express in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
At the transactional terminal, you can receive traffic documents only for the complete booking while at the ticket office you can receive separate tickets.
