On Tickets.kz you can only pay for a ticket:

1. Visa, MasterCard, AmEx, UnionPay.
2. Online banking Homebank.
3. Via Kaspi system.
4. From the cell phone balance (Kcell, Аctiv, Beeline, Tele2 и Altel).
5. With Apple Pay
   

Below read the detailed instructions on each payment method.

1. Visa, MasterCard, AmEx, UnionPay

To pay for the booked tickets, you need to enter following details in the corresponding fields:

• payment card number — 16 digits on the front side of the card should be entered without spaces;
• CVV or CVV2 codes — 3 digits on the reverse side of the card. If there are more digits, you should enter only the last three. In the absence of such code, please contact the issuing bank for the details;
• expiry date — the month and the year are on the front side of the card;
• cardholder's name.

For the successful payment, please check if your card is suitable for payments:

1. The card should be activated for online payments.
2. Please check the withdrawl limits, so the amount to be paid could processed. 
3. You should have enough funds on your card.
   

We recommend to contact your bank's support service to check mentioned conditions. You can find your bank's support service contacts on the reverse side of your card. The bank will remove all the limits for successful payment for your order.

2. Online banking Homebank

On our site, you may pay for a ticket via online banking.

1. Select the payment method “Via online banking Homebank”.
2. Click on the button “Pay”. The billing system will automatically generate a payment code for your order.
3. Go on the site of your bank and log into your personal online banking account.
4. Enter the section “Pay for tickets.kz services” and, in the corresponding field, enter the order code in the XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX format, which you got from the tickets.kz site before.
5. Click on “Pay”.

3. Via Kaspi system

1. Select Kaspi.kz method of payment.
   
2. Press "Pay". You'll be redirected to the Kaspi login page, "Tickets" section, in which your order details will be displayed.
   
3. Select method of payment (credit/debit card or Kaspi Bank deposit) and press "Pay".

You may also pay for a ticket via Kaspi system by entering reservation identifier in the ХХХХ-ХХХХ-ХХХХ format, which will be emailed to you upon ticket reservation.

5. With Apple Pay

To pay with Apple Pay:

• During the process of booking choose Apple Pay payment method.
• You will be redirected to the payment system website, where you will be able to pay for your order.
