How to buy a ticket for the women-only train carriage?
Do you want to ensure your safety or enhance your comfort during train travel?Passenger Transportation JSC offers special carriages for women on their passenger trains.
Women of any age and boys under the age of 7 with an accompanying person are allowed to travel in these carriages.
The conductors in the women-only carriages are exclusively women.Here's how to buy a ticket for the women-only train carriage:
- On the search results page, select the filter “Only including a female carriage”.
- During the "Seat selection" stage, go to the "Compartment" tab and look for a pink icon indicating the carriage for women. If there is no such icon, it means that this train does not have the women-only carriages, or all seats are sold out.
- Select the women-only carriage and choose a seat on the carriage scheme.
