On the
Tickets.kz site, there are several payment methods:
- Visa, MasterCard, AmEx and UnionPay cards.
- By cash in Halyk bank.
- Payment for legal entities.
- Via Kaspi.kz site.
- From the cell phone balance (Kcell, Аctiv, Beeline, Tele2 и Altel).
- Apple Pay.
Below read the detailed instructions on each payment method.
1. Visa, MasterCard, AmEx, UnionPay cards
To pay for the booked tickets, you need to enter following details in the corresponding fields:
- payment card number — 15 or 16 digits on the front side of the card should be entered without spaces;
- CVV or CVV2 codes — 3 digits on the reverse side of the card. If there are more digits, you should enter only the last three. In the absence of such code, please contact the issuing bank for the details;
- expiry date — the month and the year are on the front side of the card;
- cardholder's name.
Depending on the airline company and conditions of its agreement with
Tickets.kz, payment may be made
to Tickets.kz or
to the airline company.
During direct payment to the airline, be aware that:- conversion of the booking amount is carried out on billing date, not on date of purchase, and may be either higher or lower than the amount displayed on the site;
- during reservation only the Tickets.kz service fee is charged, and the remaining amount will be charged during ticket issuance. If a payment failure occurs (for example, insufficient funds on card), the service fee will be returned to your сredit/debit card within 24 hours;
- during ticket refund, the service fee is not returned;
- cashback will not be accrued when using the Simply card for payment.
2. By cash in Halyk bank
You may pay for the flight tickets at any Halyk bank branch.
- Choose method of payment "By cash in Halyk bank".
- Сlick on "Pay." The billing system will automatically generate a payment draft.
- Print out the draft and pay at any Halyk bank branch.
When you pay from a Kazkommertsbank office, you may be charged an additional fee by the bank.
3. Payment for legal entities
- Select the payment method “Payment for legal entities", click on the "Pay" button.
- Fill in the form of the legal entity details, and click on the "Create invoice" button.
- Print the invoice and make your payment within the specified time.
- Send a scan of the payment receipt sealed by the bank and signed by the cashier to e-mail: invoice@tickets.kz. Please specify the booking number in the e-mail subject line.
Please note that tickets will be issued and sent to your e-mail after the actual arrival of funds to the Tickets.kz account. If the payment is received on the next day or the ticket price is changed, you may pay the difference or request for a refund.
4. Via Kaspi.kz site
- Select Kaspi.kz method of payment.
- Press "Pay." You'll be redirected to the Kaspi.kz login page, "Tickets" section, in which your order details will be displayed.
- Select method of payment (Kaspi Gold, Kaspi Deposit) and press "Pay."
Upon payment confirmation, your ticket will be issued, and itinerary receipt emailed at your address specified during registration on Tickets.kz.
You may also pay for an airline ticket via Kaspi.kz site by entering reservation identifier in the ХХХХ-ХХХХ-ХХХХ format, which will be emailed to you upon airline ticket reservation.

5. From the cell phone balance
Subscribers of mobile operators Kcell, Аctiv, Beeline, Tele2 и Altel can pay for the order from their mobile phone account. To pay you should:
1. Choose the "From the cell phone balance" method of payment that corresponds to your mobile operator.
2. Enter the telephone number from whose account you wish to pay.
3. Press "Pay." You'll get an SMS with a verification code.
4. Enter the verification code from the SMS in the respective field.
5. Press "Continue."
The amount of the order will then be charged to your account, and you'll get an SMS with a payment confirmation.
6. Apple Pay
You may pay for your order via Apple Pay:
- During the process of booking choose Apple Pay payment method.
- You will be redirected to the payment system website, where you will be able to pay for your order.
Please note! Only Safari browser supports Apple Pay as a payment method.
Attention!
You may pay for the ticket only via the methods displayed on the booking page.
The payment may be processed by the bank payment systems for several minutes. Don't pay for the same ticket several times in a row—wait for the payment system response, otherwise you may be charged twice.
